Preview: The teams meet for the first time this season on Diana Taurasi Night. Earlier this month, Taurasi became the WNBA's all-time leading scorer. The Lynx (11-1) are coming off an 87-78 victory over San Antonio at home on Sunday. The Mercury (7-5) is coming off an 85-82 victory in Seattle last Friday. The Lynx have won the last nine meetings.

Players to watch: Lynx F Rebekkah Brunson, who is averaging 6.9 rebounds per game, is two rebounds from passing Tina Thompson (3,070) for third all-time on the WNBA's rebounding list. Taurasi is sixth in the league in scoring (18.9 points per game). Taurasi and C Brittney Griner each scored 25 points in the Mercury's victory over Seattle. Mercury F Stephanie Talbot ranks among the top four in rookie scoring (5.4 points per game) and rebounding (3.8 per game).
