Lynx at a glance: Minnesota (1-3) will try to end a three-game losing streak. ... Rebekkah Brunson, a 6-3 forward, should play in her first game after two practices. She was playing overseas. Guard Candice Wiggins also might play in this game, or the next vs. Chicago at home on Saturday. She is coming back after arthroscopic knee surgery. ... The Lynx are giving up 83.5 points per game, the second worst mark in the league, and committing 23.35 fouls per game, an WNBA high. Opponents are averaging 9.75 steals; only two teams get the ball taken away more.

Sun at a glance: Connecticut (2-1) and the Lynx made a blockbuster trade on Jan. 12. This will be the first time to compare the four players involved against each other. On the floor for the Sun will be center Tina Charles, the No. 1 pick in the WNBA, and former Lynx Renee Montgomery at point guard. In exchange for them, the Lynx received Lindsay Whalen and the No. 2 pick, which Minnesota used to take Monica Wright. ... Charles is averaging 16.3 points and 9.7 rebounds, both team highs. Montgomery is scoring 6.3 points and dishing 3.0 assists per game.
