Preview: The Lynx (18-4), coming off an 88-70 victory over Eastern Conference-leading New York on Friday, will be looking for their fourth consecutive victory in the final regular-season meeting with Dallas. The Lynx started their current winning streak with a 93-56 victory over the Wings at Target Center on July 9. The Lynx, who are 2-0 against Dallas this season, also defeated the Wings 80-63 at Target Center on June 4. … Dallas is coming off an 84-77 loss on the road to Chicago on Friday. The loss was the third straight — and sixth in the past eight games — for the Wings (9-13).

Players to watch: Lynx G Seimone Augustus needs two points to become the 16th player in WNBA history to score 5,000 points. F/C Janel McCarville scored a season-high 10 points in 15 minutes against New York. McCarville is averaging 3.1 points per game. … Dallas F Plenette Pierson returned to the lineup on Friday, after missing four games because of a concussion, and scored 20 points. She was 5-for-7 on three-pointers. G Odyssey Sims leads the Wings in scoring (14.7 points per game).

Numbers: In their current three-game winning streak, the Lynx have won by an average margin of 26.3 points per game.

Injuries: Dallas F Glory Johnson, who is averaging 13.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per game, is expected to miss four to six weeks after suffering a broken toe on July 8.
