1. Nick Poehling, Lakeville North: The junior forward scored the winning goal with 8:34 left in the second overtime to beat Eden Prairie in an instant classic.

2. Steven Spinner, Eden Prairie: The Mr. Hockey candidate unleashed two wicked snap shots for goals in the first period against Lakeville North.

3. Luc Snuggerud, Eden Prairie: The senior defenseman and Mr. Hockey candidate all but willed the Eagles to the state title game, but his body gave out in double overtime and he was relegated to the bench when Lakeville North scored the winner.

Attendance: 8,670 for the afternoon session (smallest for Class 1A semifinals since 2003) and 18,879 for the evening session.
