Four familiar faces from local TV news are spending the holiday season saying their goodbyes to viewers.

Se Kwon, a reporter and anchor for “Fox 9 Morning News,” has announced that she’s leaving to join the morning team at Fox 32 in Chicago.

“Huge shout out to our friends for throwing us the most epic send off party,” Kwon posted Dec. 26 on Facebook, her final day at Fox 9. " If you know me, you know my friends mean the world to me — they’ve taught me the importance of truly showing up for the people you love."

Kwon, who was born in South Korea and moved to Minnesota when she was 7, joined the station in 2023 after a stint in Fargo.

Hanna Conway also used Facebook to reveal that she was leaving her gig as traffic reporter for KSTP’s “Eyewitness News” at the end of this week.

“So grateful for the experience and for the coworkers who became true friends — people I genuinely love and will always appreciate,” she posted on Dec. 30. “It has been an honor to be back in my hometown doing what I love.”

Conway, who also grew up in Minnesota, joined the station in 2021. She had previously served as an intern for “Twin Cities Live” and as a traffic reporter in Colorado Springs.

Also saying goodbye this week will be Michelle Baik, who has been part of KARE’s “Sunrise” team since early 2024.

“I came to the state a stranger but am leaving it with friends and memories I’ll keep forever,” she posted Dec. 23 on Facebook.

Baik, who previously worked in Madison, Wis., has not shared her future plans.

This is also the final week for Reggie Wilson at KARE. His departure as sports director and anchor for the past four years was announced back in September when the station decided to eliminate the position of sports director.

In a Facebook posting Dec. 30, he thanked his colleagues.

“I took over a sports department in chaos, and you all have made it an absolute pleasure,” he wrote. “I found joy in coming into work everyday because of all of you.”
