The Women's World Cup final was a surprisingly one-sided affair in favor of our favorite country, but that was nothing compared to what happened earlier Sunday.
The Fiji men defeated the Federated States of Micronesia 38-0 at the Pacific Games in Papua New Guinea. Organizers said it broke the record for the biggest margin of victory in international soccer.
That record is in question because it was an under-23 tournament. But it's still impressive. Micronesia — a nation so small it has micro in its name — lost its first game 30-0 to Tahiti.
