Here is a sampling of perks given to executives at some of Minnesota's largest public companies:

JAMES CRACCHIOLO CEO, AMERIPRISE FINANCIAL INC.

Total perk package in 2010: $714,686. Perks include: Free financial planning, personal use of company aircraft, use of company car and chauffeur, club membership fees, security system for personal residences, parking, waiver of fees on certain company hedge funds, $35,000 annual perquisite allowance.

GEORGE BUCKLEY CEO, 3M CO.

Total perk package: $632,673. Perks include: Executive life insurance, free financial planning, personal aircraft use, security monitoring services, use of personal car, free 3M products.

JAMES PROKOPANKO CEO, Mosaic Co.

Total perk package: $529,578. Perks include: Executive physical exam program, free financial planning, travel expenses of spouse to industry and investor conferences, reimbursement of taxes paid for certain benefits.

SCOTT WINE CEO, Polaris Industries Inc.

Total perk package: $76,973. Perks include: Free financial planning, club initiation fees and monthly dues, Exec-U-Care health premiums, annual physical (spouse included) at the Mayo Clinic, free Polaris parts and clothing.

BAHRAM AKRADI CEO, Life Time Fitness Inc.

Total perk package: $72,453. Perks include: High-speed computer network connecting home to corporate headquarters, car allowance, use of company tickets to entertainment events, long-term disability and life insurance premiums.
