EnteroMedics completes reverse split
EnteroMedics Inc., St. Paul, has completed a 1-for-70 reverse stock split of its common shares. Proportional adjustments were also made to the company’s outstanding stock options and warrants.
The company did not issue any fractional shares as a result of the split. Instead fractional shares were rounded up to the nearest whole share.
