Don't Over Think It

We all do it. We second guess ourselves, add more information, make more changes - but are we really improving? Just like a child adding one more color to a picture until it's too much, you've tweaked your résumé and cover letter over and over, you keep talking during an interview until you've talked yourself out of the job. It's time for an outside point of view. A professional can guide you in writing your résumé and cover letter to convey your information, and mock interviews can help you determine when to stop talking. If you're in a job search - a professional can tell you when it's time to stop coloring because you've painted the perfect picture of yourself.
