Dole Food Co. Inc., up $2.26 at $12.46

The fresh fruit and vegetable company's CEO and his family are offering to buy Dole with a bid that values it at $1.07 billion.

LDK Solar Co. Ltd., down 18 cents at $1.46

The Chinese solar company said that its first-quarter loss increased slightly, hurt by a nearly 50 percent drop in revenue.

Annie's Inc., down $1.70 at $39.98

Shares of the natural and organic food maker fell even after saying that its fiscal fourth-quarter net income soared on improved sales.

Navistar International Corp., down $3.11 at $31.20

The truck and engine maker posted a wider loss for its fiscal second quarter compared with a year ago as sales continued to fall.

Lululemon Athletica Inc., down $14.43 at $67.85

The yoga clothing company said that CEO Christine Day will step down as head of the company after a successor is named.

Diamond Foods Inc., up $1.64 at $19.18

The company that sells Pop Secret popcorn reported a better-than-expected fiscal third quarter and appointed a new chief financial officer.

Corinthian Colleges Inc., down 33 cents at $2.46

The for-profit education company said that it is under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Texas Instruments Inc., down $1.36 at $35.26

The Dallas-based chipmaker said that its cutting its net income and revenue outlook for its second-quarter.
