Did the Twins chances of landing Thome improve?

So the Twins might have a good shot at landing the burly slugger. Joe and I will stay on top of this so stay tuned. Remember that Thome has to agree to a reserve role to make this happen. There have been reports that Tampa Bay is interested and might be able to offer him more at-bats.
