A press conference is about to start in Chattanooga, Tenn., where the Twins are signing a four-year player development contract with the Lookouts.
The Twins are leaving New Britain, Conn., after 20 seasons. The Dodgers are moving on from Chattanooga, creating a vacancy there. The Twins will be the first AL team there since Seattle in 1987.
Chattanooga used to be an affiliate of the Washington Senators. Harmon Killebrew played there in 1957 and 1958.
