Ecolab completes deal in France
Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, has closed on the previously announced acquisition of Laboratoires Anios, a maker of hygiene and disinfectant products based in Lille-Hellemmes, France. Total cost of the deal, including satisfaction of outstanding debt, was approximately $800 million.

Ameriprise Financial, Minneapolis, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 75 cents per share payable on Feb. 28 to shareholders of record on Feb. 13.
