Tennant closes Italian acquisition
Tennant Co., Golden Valley, closed on its previously announced $353 million acquisition of the Italian company IPC Group, a maker of small and midsize industrial cleaning machines and equipment.
The acquisition will also move Tennant into new product groups and territories. IPC Group also makes and sells cleaning trolleys, window washing systems and a variety of consumable cleaning products.

H.B. Fuller increases dividend
H.B. Fuller Co., Vadnais Heights, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share payable on May 4, to shareholders of record on April 20.
The dividend is a 7 percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend, and the 48th consecutive year the company has increased its dividend. The board of directors also authorized a share repurchase program of up to $200 million over the next five years.

Creative agency adds head of digital
Knock Inc., Minneapolis, announced it has hired Jillian Froehlich as vice president and head of digital. She will lead the creative agency's digital capabilities. Froehlich was most recently director of social and digital strategy at Fallon.
