NEW BUSINESS Sun Country Airlines, Mendota Heights, will offer customers the use of DigEplayer XT personal entertainment systems through a partnership with DigEcor Inc. The portable media player, preloaded with movies, TV shows, music and games, will be available in coach class for $10 and free in first class.

Polaroid, Minnetonka, has signed a five-year licensing agreement with AMW Latin America (AMW LA), a manufacturer of consumer electronics in 25 countries across Latin America. AMW LA will develop Polaroid-brand home electronics including standalone and portable TVs, home theater systems and DVD and Blu-ray players as well as home theater accessories. Polaroid products from AMW LA are initially expected to contribute an estimated $300 million in sales in the next four years.

UnitedHealth Group Inc., Minnetonka, and St. Luke's Health System, Overland Park, Kan., have formed a network relationship giving UnitedHealthcare commercial and Medicare health plan customers access to care provided by St. Luke's Health System's physicians and facilities, beginning Sept. 1.

IDeaS, Minneapolis, a provider of hospitality revenue management and optimization solutions and services, announced its global sponsorship and partnership agreement with EyeforTravel (EFT) worldwide in 2010. IDeaS will support EFT by contributing to pricing and revenue management content as well as lead and moderate panel discussions for the organization.

Digital Angel Corp., South St. Paul, said its Destron Fearing unit has signed a contract extension through Dec. 31 with Intervet Inc., the animal health unit of Schering-Plough Corp., to provide syringe and RFID microchip systems and readers. Terms were not disclosed. Intervet markets Destron Fearing's companion pet products under the HomeAgain brand.

MoneyGram International Inc., St. Louis Park, said First Bank of Nigeria PLC has selected MoneyGram to provide money-transfer services in its more than 500 locations across Nigeria.

DEBT AND EQUITIES FSI International Inc., Chaska, said it intends to offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate and working capital purposes. Craig-Hallum Capital Group is the book-running manager for the offering, and Dougherty & Co. is the co-manager.

PERSONNEL Urologix Inc., Plymouth, said William M. Moore is resigning from the company's board of directors, effective June 30, for personal reasons.
