DIVIDEND Hawkins Inc., Minneapolis, declared a semiannual dividend of 28 cents per share payable April 2 to shareholders of record on March 19.
NEW BUSINESS Carlson Hotels, part of the Carlson Companies Inc., Minnetonka, said that it had systemwide sales of $5.8 billion in 2009 and added 92 properties under its five brands worldwide. Carlson Hotels also signed 66 new properties, adding to its contracted pipeline of 249 properties.
Datacard Group, a Minnetonka-based provider of secure ID and card personalization products, has been awarded a contract from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China to issue the diplomatic, Service and Public Fair passport of China.
