DEBT AND EQUITIES EnteroMedics Inc., Roseville, the developer of medical devices using neuroblocking technology to treat obesity and other gastrointestinal disorders, has received approval to transfer the listing of its common stock from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company's common stock will be transferred to the Nasdaq Capital Market at the opening of business on Jan. 22, and will continue to trade under the ticker symbol ETRM.

DIVIDENDS Allete Inc., Duluth has declared a quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share payable March 1 to shareholders of record on Feb. 15.

Polaris Industries Inc., Medina, declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share payable on Feb. 16 to shareholders of record on Feb. 1.

TCF Financial, Wayzata, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 5 cents per common share payable on Feb. 26 to stockholders of record on Jan. 29.

MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS Mocon Inc., Brooklyn Park, has completed its acquisition of a minority equity interest in Luxcel Biosciences Limited, Cork, Ireland, effective Jan. 15. Mocon invested approximately $3,625,000 for a 16.9 percent equity interest in Luxcel.
