NEW BUSINESS Kohl's Department Stores, Menomonee Falls, Wis., said it plans to award nearly $350,000 in scholarships and prizes to recognize more than 2,000 youth, ages 6 to 18, who are making a difference in their communities through its Kids Who Care scholarship program. H.B. Fuller Co., Vadnais Heights, has opened a regional technical center in Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, China. It is the company's first regional technical center in Asia Pacific and will house research and development, applications testing, sales and regional leadership.
