MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS Nash Finch Co., Edina, completed its previously announced acquisition of certain assets from GSC Enterprises, Inc., a food distributor headquartered in Sulphur Springs, Texas. As a result, Nash Finch Co. will operate three former GSC distribution centers: in Pensacola, Fla., Junction City, Kan., and San Antonio.
