NEW PRODUCTS ATS Medical Inc., Plymouth, has received Food and Drug Administration clearance for marketing the ATS 3f Aortic Bioprosthesis that includes a new sewing tab material supplier and an improved valve holder accessory device.

PERSONNEL Digitiliti Inc., St. Paul, elected Roy Bauer board chairman, succeeding Brad Wenzel, who resigned as chairman but remains a board member.

Bernick, Lifson, Greenstein, Greene & Liszt, P.A., Minneapolis, named Jessica Roe as managing partner.

Veritec Inc., Golden Valley, appointed Jeffrey Hattara president and chief executive officer. Hattara succeeds Van Tran, who will become executive chairman of the board.

DEBT AND EQUITY Digiliti Inc., St. Paul, announced a debt-restructuring plan to be proposed to its 12 percent convertible noteholders, offering them incentives to convert their existing convertible notes or extend the term of their existing notes.

General Mills Inc., Golden Valley, declared a quarterly dividend 43 cents per share, payable Feb. 2 to shareholders of record Jan. 12.
