NEW BUSINESS Alliant Techsystems Inc., Edina, has been awarded an $87 million contract by the Army's sustainment command in Rock Island, Ill., to supply various types of nonstandard ammunition in support of emergent requirements for Afghan National Security Forces.

PERFORMANCE ALLETE Inc., Duluth, announced it expects 2009 earnings per share to be within a range of $2.10 to $2.35 from net income of $67 million to $75 million.

DEBT AND EQUITIES Graco Inc., Minneapolis, declared a quarterly dividend of 19 cents per common share, payable Feb. 4 to shareholders of record Jan. 20.

RENAMING St. Jude Medical Inc., Little Canada, changed the name of its neuromodulation division, formerly Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, to the St. Jude Medical Neuromodulation Division. The change was unveiled at the 12th Annual North American Neuromodulation Society meeting in Las Vegas.

RELOCATION Wade Financial Group Inc., Golden Valley, moved its headquarters to 5500 Wayzata Blvd., suite 190.
