NEW BUSINESS SoftBrands Inc., a Minneapolis-based supplier of enterprise application software, has chosen Campura Systems Corp. as its Cambodian distributor. Under the agreement, Campura Systems will become SoftBrands' business partner by providing sales, implementation and support services.

NEW PRODUCTS MakeMusic Inc., Eden Prairie, announced release of Finale PrintMusic 2009, the latest upgrade to its music notation software. PrintMusic's list price is $99.95. Upgrades from any earlier version of PrintMusic are $29.95.

DEBT AND EQUITIES Toro Co., Bloomington, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share, payable Oct. 17 to shareholders of record on Oct. 3. As of Monday, 36.3 million common shares were outstanding.

U.S. Bancorp, Minneapolis, has declared a quarterly dividend of 42.5 cents per common share, payable Oct. 15 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30.
