DIVIDENDS Target Corp., Minneapolis, declared a quarterly dividend of 16 cents per common share, payable Dec. 10 to shareholders of record Nov. 20.

DEBT AND EQUITIES Lakes Entertainment Inc., Minnetonka, announced that Chairman and CEO Lyle Berman exercised options on Sept. 9 to acquire and hold 1 million shares of common stock. The options to purchase the shares were granted Jan. 4, 1999, at a strike price of $4.1875.

PPT Vision Inc., Eden Prairie, announced that it completed a private offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock for $900,000 on Sept. 8. The company will use the proceeds for working capital, including financing inventory and accounts receivable. The offering was purchased by Thomas Leahy, a Minneapolis-area private venture capital investor, who invested $800,000, and Robert Heller, a member of PPT Vision's board of directors, who invested $100,000 through Heller Capital Inc.
