MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS 3M Co., Maplewood, has acquired Polyfoam Products Inc., Tomball, Texas, a structural adhesives company specializing in foam adhesives for tile roofing and other adhesive products for the building industry. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
NEW PRODUCTS Innovelis, Minneapolis, announced an agreement with Pleiades System Designs to distribute BudFits to retailers in Japan. BudFits snap onto Apple earbuds and then wrap over the top of the ear for a more comfortable and secure fit.
