DEBT AND EQUITIES Buffets Holdings Inc., Eagan, announced that several of its subsidiaries have filed a motion with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware seeking authorization to reject a master land and building lease for 129 of the company's restaurants. The motion also seeks court authorization to close 127 of those locations by the end of August.
DIVIDENDS Pentair Inc., Golden Valley, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share payable Aug. 8 to shareholders of record July 25.
