MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS Marsh & McLennan Agency, a subsidiary of insurance broker Marsh Inc., White Plains, N.Y., has acquired Liscomb Hood Mason Co., a $2.2 million-revenue insurance agency based in Duluth. All of the firm's leadership and employees, including its president Larry Sumbs, will join Marsh & McLennan and operate within the firm's Upper Midwest hub.
