PERSONNEL MOVES ValueVision Media Inc., Eden Prairie, said Patrick Kocsi has resigned as a member of the board of directors, effective immediately. Kocsi was one of two directors that GE Capital Equity Investments Inc. has appointed under its contractual arrangements with the company. GE Capital Equity has informed the company that it does not have a nominee to fill the vacancy left by Kocsi's resignation.
