DIVIDEND Allete, Duluth, declared a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per share, payable June 1 to shareholders of record May 15.

PepsiAmericas Inc., Minneapolis, announced a dividend of 13.5 cents per share, payable July 1 to shareholders of record June 13.

NEW BUSINESS Digital Angel, South St. Paul, received an order through its Signature Industries subsidiary for 600 McMurdo FastFind Max G personal locator beacons for the Swedish private pilots association.

NEW PRODUCTS Northwest Airlines, Eagan, announced a complete travel booking tool on NWA.com that allows customers to book car rentals, hotel accommodations, travel insurance and flights in one transaction. WorldPerks members can choose from car and hotel partners, getting more ways to earn miles.

PERSONNEL Lakes Entertainment Inc., Minnetonka, hired Rick Charles as senior vice president of operations.

Regis Corp., Edina, elected Stephen Watson to its board of directors. Watson served as president and chief executive officer of Gander Mountain Co. from 1997 until his retirement in 2002.

Winland Electronics Inc., Mankato, named Thomas de Petra president and chief executive officer. De Petra had been interim CEO since the departure of Lorin Krueger on Jan. 2.
