DEBT AND EQUITIES Nash Finch Co., Edina, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable May 30 to shareholders of record on May 16.

NEW PRODUCTS HighJump Software, Eden Prairie, a 3M company, announced the release of HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite 10.0.

PERSONNEL Adayana, Edina, named Mike Jackson president and chief executive officer. Jackson is the founder and head of Indianapolis-based ABG Inc., which was acquired by Adayana in 2005.

Analysts International Corp., Edina, named Walter (Mic) Michels interim chief financial officer. Michels is the company's controller and assistant treasurer. Analysts will seek a permanent replacement for former CFO David Steichen, who left AIC in March as the result of a management restructuring.

UnitedHealth Group, Minnetonka, announced that David Wichmann has assumed the position of executive vice president of UnitedHealth Group and president of UnitedHealth Group Operations. The company also announced that Gail Boudreaux will join the company as executive vice president of UnitedHealth Group and president of the commercial markets group, effective May 5. Boudreaux takes over the position previously held by Wichmann.

Wilsons the Leather Experts, Brooklyn Park, announced that chief operating officer Adam Boucher will resign on Friday. He was appointed to his post Feb. 14, after serving as vice president of store sales and real estate. He joined the company in August 2005.
