NEW PRODUCTS St. Jude Medical Inc., Little Canada, announced the Japanese launch of the Unify Quadra cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator. The Unify Quadra defibrillator works with the company's Quartet left ventricular pacing lead to offer a small quadripolar pacing system that helps physicians manage patients with heart failure.

NEW BUSINESS C.H. Robinson Europe, a unit of C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., Eden Prairie, has opened an office in Rotterdam, Netherlands, that will focus on providing temperature-controlled logistics services.

Austin Mutual Insurance Co., Maple Grove, is now affiliated with the Main Street America Group, Jacksonville, Fla. The affiliation has been approved by the Minnesota insurance commissioner's office and Austin Mutual policyholders. Austin Mutual is a regional carrier that writes personal lines and commercial lines in nine Midwest and Western states.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, said it will provide $15 million in construction financing through the Missouri Housing Development Commission for the construction of three affordable housing developments in the Joplin, Mo., area to replace some of the housing stock lost in the 2011 tornado.

DEBT AND EQUITIES Nash Finch Co., Edina, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per common share, payable Sept. 7 to shareholders of record on Aug. 24. About 12.2 million common shares are outstanding.
