Carmichael Lynch Spong, Minneapolis, has acquired Stanwood & Partners, a public relations firm based in Wyoming. The acquisition will give Carmichael Lynch Spong new offices in Jackson, Wyo., and Boston.

Delta Consultants, St. Paul, an environmental, safety and sustainability consulting firm, has been acquired by Oranjewoud, a Netherlands-based environment, safety and engineering consulting firm.

Amcom Software, Bloomington, has acquired Telident 911 Solutions, the enhanced 911 (E911) products of Teltronics Inc. The Telident E911 products will integrate with and complement Amcom's suite of emergency communications and management solutions.

NEW PRODUCT

Clearfield Inc., Plymouth, a provider of fiber management products, announced the FieldSmart fiber management platform for central office applications.

NEW BUSINESS

Dakota Wind Energy, Britton, S.D., has formed a utility scale community-owned wind project. The project is in Roberts, Marshall, and Day counties. The project has the potential to produce more than 750 megawatts of wind energy from more than 700 square miles of agricultural land.

Fat Frog Marketing, Maple Grove, has been selected as agency of record for Clearfield Inc., Plymouth, to provide company and new product branding strategies, identity development and creative, and marketing and collateral design.

DEBT AND EQUITIES

TCF Financial Corp., Wayzata, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents per common share, an increase from 24.25 cents, payable Feb. 29 to stockholders of record Feb. 1. On Dec. 31, 126.6 million common shares were outstanding.

Fastenal Co., Winona, Minn., declared a semiannual cash dividend of 25 cents per share, payable Feb. 29 to shareholders of record Feb. 25.
