DEBT AND EQUITIESDonaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, declared a regular cash dividend of 16 cents per share, payable March 9 to shareholders of record on Feb. 17. As of Dec. 31, there were about 74.3 million shares outstanding. The board also declared a 2-for-1 stock split in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend, to be distributed March 23 to shareholders of record as of March 2.

Regis Corp., Edina, declared a regular quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share, payable Feb. 22 to shareholders of record on Feb. 8. There are 57.6 million shares outstanding.

TRADEThe Minnesota Trade Office is accepting applications for a trade mission to China led by Gov. Mark Dayton on June 8-17. Delegates will travel with the governor to Shanghai, Beijing and Xian.
