MagStar Technologies Inc., Hopkins, said Jan. 14 is the record date for the mailing of the company's disclosure document related to its going-private transaction and that Feb. 5 is the record date for the completion of the company's 1-for-2,000 reverse split.

NEW BUSINESS

Alliant Techsystems Inc., Edina, has been selected by Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co., a division of Lockheed Martin Corp. to design, develop and build UltraFlex solar arrays for NASA's next-generation Orion crew exploration vehicle.

Analysts International Corp., Edina, and Knowledge Computing Corp., Tucson, Ariz., announced the formation of a strategic relationship. Together, the companies will enable state and local law enforcement to rapidly deploy and scale criminal and intelligence information sharing initiatives to solve crimes and combat terrorism.

Greenbelt Resources Corp., Burnsville, said its subsidiary Diversified Ethanol Corp. will begin construction of the new facility in Pomona, Calif., with completion planned for late spring/early summer of 2008. It will work with Master Recycling Center Inc., Pomona, to convert expired consumer beverages to ethanol.

3M Co., Maplewood, said 3M Library Systems will introduce the 3M Tag Data Manager, which allows users to read existing and future library ISO-compliant RFID tag data formats.

Humanetics Corp., Eden Prairie, announced the successful completion of the company's Phase I human trial for BIO 300, a medical radiation countermeasure.
