MERGERS AND ACQUSITIONSB2B Media LLC, a newly formed affiliate of Vomela Specialty Co., St. Paul, has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of B2B Media, a supplier of brand-building vehicle advertising graphics. The acquired business has 30 employees, $10 million in revenues and is headquartered in Greenville, S.C. Chuck Driskell, who has been president of B2B Media and overseen its growth since its start-up in 2001, has been named president of B2B Media LLC.
DEBT AND EQUITIESChristopher & Banks Corp., Plymouth, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share, to be payable April 20 to shareholders of record April 6.
