MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONSNortech Systems Inc., Wayzata, has completed its acquisition of the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) unit of Mankato-based Winland Electronics Inc. EMS designs and manufactures printed circuit board assemblies and higher-level complete box build assemblies.

Lawson Software Inc., St. Paul, has completed its acquisition of privately held Enwisen, based in Novato, Calif., for $70 million. The agreement includes a contingent payment of $5 million if certain conditions are met by June 30, 2012.

Cretex Companies, Elk River, Minn., through its subsidiary Cretex Concrete Products Midwest Inc., has acquired the assets of Quality Concrete Pipe, Inc. (QCP) and its affiliated company CSI Precast LLC, Des Moines. Terms were not disclosed. QCP, which also does business under the CSI Precast brand, manufactures reinforced concrete pipe, box culverts, drainage and utility structures and precast retaining walls.

3M Co., Maplewood, has acquired Nida-Core Corp., a manufacturer of structural honeycomb core and fiber-reinforced foam core materials based in Port St. Lucie, Fla. Terms were not disclosed.
