NEW BUSINESSFSI International Inc., Chaska, said that a leading Asia-based logic device producer has placed additional orders for multiple Antares CryoKinetic cleaning systems, further broadening the platform's installed base. The systems are expected to ship in the second quarter of fiscal 2011. The dual process chamber Antares systems range in price from $1.8 million to $2.3 million, depending on configuration.

DEBT AND EQUITIESWII Components Inc., St. Cloud, has begun a cash tender offer and consent solicitation with respect to all of its outstanding $108.4 million aggregate principal amount of 10 percent senior notes due 2012. The tender offer and consent solicitation will expire at 10:59 p.m. Nov. 15, Twin Cities time, unless extended.

PERSONNELWSI Industries Inc., Monticello, has appointed James Hartman to its board of directors. Hartman is a director of NVE Corp., Eden Prairie.

TCF Financial Corp., Wayzata, elected Karen Grandstrand to its board of directors. Grandstrand is a partner at Minneapolis law firm Fredrikson & Byron and heads the firm's bank and finance group.
