NEW BUSINESSDigi-Key Corp., a Thief River Falls, Minn.-based electronic components distributor, and AKM Semiconductor Inc., a provider of mixed-signal ICs for consumer, automotive and communications applications, have agreed that Digi-Key will distribute AKM Semiconductor products to customers in North America.
DEBT AND EQUITIESGraco Inc., Minneapolis, has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 20 cents per common share, payable on Nov. 3 to shareholders of record on Oct. 18. The company has about 59.9 million shares outstanding.
