U.S. Bank promotes Kate Quinn

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, has promoted Kate Quinn to vice chairman and chief administrative officer. Quinn was most recently executive vice president and chief strategy and reputation officer. Quinn will report to President and CEO Andy Cecere and oversee all strategy reputation and human resources work.

U.S. Bank also announced that Kent Stone, vice chairman of consumer banking sales and support will retire from the company this summer.

DEBT AND EQUITIES

TCF Financial Corp., Wayzata, said its ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange will change to TCF from TCB, effective with the opening of trading on May 8.

Winmark Corp., Plymouth, has approved an increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to 11 cents from 10 cents, payable June 1 to shareholders of record on May 10.
