OneBeacon Insurance Group, Plymouth, announced that it has completed its approximately $1.7 billion merger with a subsidiary of Intact Financial Corp., Toronto. The two companies announced the deal on May 2. In connection with the merger, OneBeacon shares will be removed or suspended on the NYSE.
