NVE Corp. declares dividend
NVE Corp., Eden Prairie, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1 per share, payable Nov. 30 to shareholders of record on Oct. 31.

Imation extends CEO's contract
Imation Corp., Oakdale, has extended the employment contract of Robert Fernander, the company's interim chief executive. Fernander has been interim CEO since Oct. 14, 2015, and his contract was set to expire Oct. 31. The new deal amends the agreement making it a month-to-month contract.
