MGC Diagnostics Corp., St. Paul, announced that Jill Burchill will be interim chief financial officer effective on Monday. The company said Wesley Winnekins, who was CFO, is no longer an executive or an employee of the medical technology company.

G&K and Cintas to close deal Tuesday
G&K Services Inc., Minnetonka, said it has received approval from U.S. and Canadian regulatory officials for its previously announced merger with Cincinnati-based Cintas Corp.
The company expects the $2.2 billion deal between the two laundry and uniform supply companies to close Tuesday.
