Hendrickson named chairman at CPG Intl.

CPG International, Skokie, Ill., has appointed Gary Hendrickson, former CEO of Minneapolis-based Valspar Corp., chairman of its board of directors.

CPG is a provider of highly engineered building products. Hendrickson was named CEO of Valspar in 2011 and chairman in 2012. He led Valspar through its acquisition by Sherwin-Williams.

Regis names Andrew Lacko as new CFO

Regis Corp., Edina, appointed Andrew Lacko as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Lacko, most recently in charge of global financial planning, analysis and corporate development at Hertz Global Holdings.

Lacko will replace interim CFO Michael Pommeroy. Lacko, age 47, has also held financial leadership positions at Best Buy, Northwest Airlines and UnitedHealth.
