Donaldson completes merger
Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, has closed on the acquisition of certain business assets of a Colombia-based filter manufacturer that was originally announced in July 2015.
With the acquisition Donaldson expands its presence in South America by adding the air, fuel and lube filter business of Industrias Partmo S.A. in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
