Couche-Tard completes regulatory review
Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., Quebec, Canada, received clearance from the Federal Trade Commission for the acquisition of Holiday Stationstores Inc., Bloomington. Based on the FTC review Couche-Tard has agreed to sell 10 sites, including one Holiday site and nine CrossAmerica Partners sites.
Couche-Tard is expected to close the deal on Friday.

Code42 hires a chief information officer
Code42, Minneapolis, has hired Jeremy Bauer as its chief information officer. Bauer will lead Code42’s global IT organization and be responsible for advancing the cloud infrastructure that supports its data security solutions.
Bauer has served as a chief information officer, chief security officer and vice president in charge of corporate IT and data center operations for companies, including Castlight Health, Digital River and SuccessFactors.
Qumu signs standstill agreement
Qumu Corp., Minneapolis, signed a standstill agreement with one of its largest shareholders, Harbert Fund Advisors Inc., to add two Harbert representatives to the Qumu board of directors. Qumu elected Kenan Lucas and Neil Cox to fill those positions.
