Minnetonka-based Communications Systems Inc., a provider of broadband network solutions, has acquired Patapsco Designs Ltd. of the United Kingdom.

Patapsco, a privately held company, makes a range of telecommunication and data communication products for enterprise, system integrators, carriers, and governmental organizations.
