Another legal headache has landed in the lap of once-ubiquitous car dealer Denny Hecker, with Chrysler Financial Services filing a $550 million breach-of-contract complaint against its longtime financing partner.
The complaint, filed in Hennepin County District Court, claims that Hecker has failed to repay loans that add up to that amount.
Hecker previously was sued by Ford and General Motors. The new filing counters an earlier suit he filed against Chrysler Financial Services.
