Speedy sophomore: Maddie earned three medals at state last spring: 100-meter dash (eighth), 200 (third) and 400 (ninth). Ran a leg of winning 4x100 relay at the 2013 AAU Junior Olympics National Games in Michigan.
Blazing brother: Jake, a senior, dominated the Hamline Elite Meet in April, winning the 100 and 200 and helping set a meet record anchoring the 4x200 relay. Placed sixth in the 100 at 2013 state meet.
