The beginning of the NFL season means a fresh start for every team.

And this year it also means a fresh start for the Vikings coverage on the Star Tribune website. Not only does the Access Vikings blog have a new look but we've also debuted a new Access Vikings page that should serve as a destination for all fans of the Purple.

In addition to the blogs, stories, tweets, etc., that you've become used to seeing in recent years, this page also offers several new elements that should not only provide you with plenty of information but also enjoyment. Included our blogs by our own Mark Craig, former Vikings linebacker Matt Blair and blogs by fans. There also is a schedule for when we'll be doing chats and Chip is going to start hosting postgame chats on a frequent basis.

NFL News, bios on Vikings players and plenty of Favre, Favre, Favre also can be found by going to the page. So check it out and let us know what you think.
