KARE 11, Golden Valley, promoted Stacey Nogy to news director. She has worked in the news department for 28 years and has held several leadership roles including executive producer, assistant news director and news content director.

Nilan Johnson Lewis, Minneapolis, named Brandie Morgenroth as a shareholder. Morgenroth has been an attorney at Nilan Johnson Lewis for seven years. Previously she worked at Simpson & Deardorff.

Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Maple Grove, named Tomas Solc as chief financial officer. He served as finance director, is an experienced financial analyst and has been with the company for nine years.

West Monroe, Minneapolis, named Andy Johnson as managing director. He has a background in consulting in his field, and has worked for the firm since 2014. Also named Sam Dawes as a managing director. Dawes has experience leading clients to find digital and workforce solutions. He has been with the company since 2011.

Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, St. Paul, named to its board: Ralph Pace, of U.S. Bank, commercial real estate, and Eric Skalland of United Properties.
