ECMC Group, Minneapolis, named Dan Fisher as president of its affiliate Educational Credit Management Corp. He has been with the company for 19 years and serves as general counsel and as corporate secretary.

Avivo, Minneapolis, named Mette McLoughlin as vice president of human resources. McLouglin has worked for more than 25 years in human resources for several local corporations and nonprofit organizations. She serves on the board of Nexus and is a Twin Cities Diversity & Inclusion Roundtable member.

On the move

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union, St. Cloud, named Theresa Tschumperlin as chief operations officer. She held leadership roles at Stearns Bank.

Storm Creek, Eagan, named Phil Andersen as controller. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance and was controller at Buyers Support Group.

The Minnesota Drug Formulary Committee, St. Paul, named to its board as chairman: Stuart Williams, an attorney for Henson Efron.

Emma Norton, St. Paul, named to its board: Kyan Bodden of Fairview Integrated Primary Care Clinic, Stephanie Davis, formerly of UnitedHealth Group, Zenzele Isoke, of the U and Ann Girres, a retired educator.
